By entering the ASUS1156 Overclock Championship, you hereby acknowledge and agree to all the terms.en of the competition as well as the conditions below:

ASUS 1156 is an online competition organized and regulated by ASUS and based on overclocking. All participants acknowledge and agree that ASUS and top10hardware will not be liable for any injury to themselves or damage to their system components for and during the ASUS 1156 competition.

ASUS reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, cancel, terminate or extend the competition and/or terms.en anytime without prior notice to the participants. ASUS also reserves to right to refuse to award prizes even if it announces the winners.

All scores and sharings submitted during your participation to ASUS 1156 can be collected and used by ASUS and its partners for marketing purposes.

It is agreed that this agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Turkey.

Participants must be over the age of eighteen (18). Participants under 18 years of age can only participate in ASUS 1156 with a legal parental or guardian consent.

Validity of the scores shall be controlled by ASUS and top10hardware.com and in the case of any fraudulent hardware or software the scores and the participant/participants thereof shall be disqualified.

By participating in ASUS 1156, you hereby grant and assign ASUS the copyright and all rights of the scores made during the competiton.

ASUS and top10hardware.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from the delivery of the awards to the winner.

All charges and taxes incurring from the collection of awards will be payable by the winner if the winner accepts to collect the award.

ASUS and top10hardware.com shall by no means be held responsible for any technical problems, server problems, delays and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications.
