The TOP10Hardware map is based on the ISOXXX standard, wherein some cities divided into regions instead of cities. This might be the reason why you are not able to see the name of the city in the map or the list..

TOP10Hardware tries to locate your region via your IP address. ISP's offering dynamic IPs may sometimes show you in a neighboring city or region.

HWM BlackBox doesn't report my CPU temperature?
Blacbox can read from digital thermal on-die sensors on Intel Core, Core2, Corei7 and AMD Athlon64 and Phenom CPUs. Onboard sensors of third party manufacturers are not detected by HWM BlackBox. On-die sensors are the most reliable way to report temperature.
How do I uninstall HWM BlackBox?
